During the conversation, Johnny shares how when he returned to “normal” society after 10 years of military service and hostile environments, he lacked a real sense of purpose and meaning that the army had provided before. He shares what it was that finally helped him take a look within and fundamentally changed the way he looked at himself and masculinity as a whole.

Johnny and Will talk about the important of authenticity, how to actually find your authentic self in simple and straightforward steps, what we can do to set our systems up to produce authentic men and why it’s so important for men to learn to open up and talk to each other.
