Mandy was recognized as the 2018 National Teacher of the Year for her work at Ferris High School where she works with refugee children. Will and Mandy discuss the American Educational System and how it is both succeeding and falling short. Topics such as institutionalized discrimination, technology, charter & independent schools, and how to improve school so that every student would be able to excel.
